The Program

Supplementing the main methodological and theoretical contents with the practical simulation of a foresight and a scenarios construction process, the program proposes an immersive experience that combines 2 days and a half of face-to-face training with online assessment and final presentations.

The program develops skills in three critical areas for today's world:

Scanning the organizational environment, exploring different types of approaches and tools
Simulation of possible futures through the development and exploration of strategic scenarios
Building strategic agility and resilience, through the explicit articulation of foresight with strategic management
