The Program

Supplementing the main methodological and theoretical contents with the practical simulation of a foresight and a scenarios construction process, the program proposes an immersive experience that combines 2 days and a half of face-to-face training with online assessment and final presentations.

The program develops skills in three critical areas for today's world:

  • Scanning the organizational environment, exploring different types of approaches and tools
  • Simulation of possible futures through the development and exploration of strategic scenarios
  • Building strategic agility and resilience, through the explicit articulation of foresight with strategic management
