This is the right course for oenophiles and/or professionals in the sector who want to deepen their knowledge of the world of wine. From the beginnings of wine production to current national and international production, as well as the characteristics that distinguish each wine according to the grape varieties used, the terroirs in which they are produced and the way in which they are vinified, we take an unforgettable trip around the world. With an innovative and dynamic approach, both the trainers and their guests reveal incredible experience and knowledge of all the subjects covered in each of the modules. I finished this course eager to start again.
Aberto Gardim General Manager @ Hotel Quinta das Lágrimas
The Nova SBE - Sogrape partnership in the WINE program was perfect, with a high level of quality, something that both institutions have become accustomed to. The journey through the world of wine was brilliantly led by the Sogrape team and the group was extraordinary. My expectations were high, but they were far exceeded. I highly recommend this program.
Manuel Quinta Manager @ ACP Golf Club
