The Program

Lifebalance is a spiral movement that begins with a process of self-leadership and self-awareness and involves the development of dimensions - physical, emotional, social and occupational - that are articulated in a balanced and systemic organizational culture. 

  • Being aware of one's own body and physical needs and finding a balance for our physical health and a fulfilling life 
  •  Healthy nutritional habits, self-care, monitoring vital signs, feeling vital and energetic, connection with nature 
  • The process of creating and maintaining a positive and realistic self-concept and enthusiasm for life, while being able to understand ourselves and our emotions and deal with the challenges that life can bring  
  • Acceptance of feelings, management of emotions and stress, ability to center oneself, resilience, attunement 
  • Interaction and connection with others, creating and maintaining positive and meaningful relationships with family, friends and co-workers 
  • Positive connections, encouraging community, give and take, social support, intimacy, empathy 
  • To make a positive impact on the organizations in which we work, on the contexts in which we live in our society and to achieve personal fulfillment
