Eduardo has 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources management. His career has spanned financial institutions, retail industry, FMCG, and consulting.  He is the Managing Partner at Harpoon, a consultancy firm focused on Talent solutions. He is also a guest lecturer at Nova SBE University  on topics related to HR Strategy and Talent Management and is the Executive Director of two programs within the Executive Education Department: the Advanced Program in People and Culture Management, and AI for HR and Talent Management. Before joining Harpoon, he was the People and Leadership Director at Sonae SGPS. Prior to joining Sonae, he was the HR Director for the Southern Europe cluster at Arrow Global Group. Between 2015 and 2020, he worked at Pernod Ricard, first as HR Director for Portugal and then as Head of Talent Management for EMEA and LATAM, based in Paris. He holds a Master's degree in Business Management from ISCTE Business School and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Coimbra. In 2019 he concluded the advanced leadership program at INSEAD. He is also an accredited coach.
