Executive Director at Nova SBE Executive Education. She has worked for 30 years in companies in the Education sector, 15 of which in Brazil, at Fundação Dom Cabral, where she was a director. She holds a PhD in Business Sciences and a degree in Psychology from the University of Porto. She has been responsible for innovation processes and cultural transformation in the companies where she has worked, having implemented the first cognitive laboratory in Brazil, an FDC partnership with IBM. She has also had the opportunity to support multiple companies in the process of organizational development and transformation, which in most cases starts with a mindset reset.
