This postgraduate course allows you to identify and develop skills in the area of management, debating gaps in the organization and health services. Participants will learn how to evaluate and develop flexible strategies to ensure more effective health policies. 

The postgraduate course also allows them to create skills and ways of responding to new forces in the market. In addition, it addresses payment methods and creating value for the patient by introducing and building more efficient processes and improving the coordination of teams and services.   

It also aims to contribute to the creation of a new generation of healthcare managers capable of stimulating and improving value and innovation over time.

The program presents a set of 3 flexible curricular units, aligned with current events and complementing the core program. These curricular units are called optional, as they can change annually on the recommendation of the Academic Director. The remaining curricular units remain stable over time.

Block dedicated to specific postgraduate themes, thus exploring each topic in detail according to best practices and the state of the art in each discipline.
