Minnie Freudenthal is a physician, trainer, and consultant in wellbeing, neuroscience, and applied mindfulness, with more than three decades of experience integrating science, health, and human development. 

Her work focuses on understanding the body and mind as essential allies in building balance, focus, and sustainable performance, both in clinical settings and organisational environments.

Recognised for her ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical tools for transformation, Minnie has spent the last 20 years training executives and teams in areas such as performance neuroscience, stress management, nutrition, and emotional regulation. She founded initiatives including MINDblackout and MindingPower and is co-founder of Performance Optimal - projects designed to promote self-awareness and sustained wellbeing in organisations and schools.

Minnie Freudenthal holds a medical degree from the University of Lisbon and specialised in Internal Medicine in New York, at the Beekman Downtown Hospital - New York University - where she also served as Chief Resident. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and completed advanced training in Clinical Hypnosis (London School of Clinical Hypnosis) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
