Tânia Ribeiro is director of transformation and people development at Grupo Impresa, and responsible for the innovation hub. She has more than twenty years of professional experience, mainly in the area of ??strategic human resources consulting, where she led teams and large projects at multinational companies EY and Mercer and at Jason Associates. Her experience focuses mainly on organizational transformation projects, where she aligns corporate strategy and operations with people, through new ways of working, leadership, skills and culture. She holds a degree in Sociology from ISCTE, a Masters in Organizational Behavior from ISPA and the curricular year of the PhD program in Management from ISCTE. She is a visiting professor at ISCTE Business School, where she teaches Introduction to Management. She has several articles published in leading magazines and newspapers.?
