Marta Dias Gonçalves is a consultant in Mercer's Career area and leads the Rewards practice. She has a degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Lisbon, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Autonomous University of Lisbon. She began her professional activity in 2007 and has since been linked to Human Resources Consulting. After a brief initial stint in the Recruitment and Selection area, he joined the staff of the Great Place to Work Institute Portugal, developing his activity with particular focus on the areas of organizational climate and culture. At Mercer, he participates in and leads projects in the Compensation and Benefits area, including Total Remuneration Studies, projects to define executive compensation policies, mobility policies or variable compensation, among others.
