Adelaide Belo has been a senior assistant in internal medicine since 1998. She was in charge of various services at the José Joaquim Fernandes Hospital between 1998 and 2005. She attended the European Healh Leadership Programme at INSEAD Executive Education in 2004. From 2006 to 2012 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hospital do Litoral Alentejano. In 2007 he was part of the Technical Support Committee for the Requalification Process of the General Emergency Network. In 2008 she attended PADIS - Senior Management Programme for Healthcare Institutions at AESE Business School. From 2013 to 2023 she was a consultant in the Access Management Unit - ACSS. From 2017 to 2023 she was part of the Care Integration Centre and the Case Management Programme at ULSLA. From 2018 to 2024 she was President of the Board of the Portuguese Association for Integrated Care - PAFIC. From 2019 to 2023 she was Coordinator of JADECARE - ULSLA. Since 2021 she has been part of the Technical Support Group for the implementation of Health Policies - GAPS and from 2022 to 2023 she was the Coordinator of Integrated Care Pathways - ULSLA.
