Sofia Kousi is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Nova SBE with expertise in branding and consumer wellbeing. Her work has been featured in Harvard Deusto Business Review, and top international marketing and psychology conferences, including the Association for Consumer Research (ACR), Society for Personality and Social Psychology (SPSP), European Conference for Positive Psychology (ECPP), and European Marketing Academy (EMAC).

At Nova SBE she has co-developed a wellbeing course, covering the foundations of positive psychology, employee, and consumer wellbeing. She also teaches a course on wellbeing & marketing. Sofia has also developed a brand strategy course focusing on new brand creation, in collaboration with startups from the Hadad Entrepreneurship Institute and IADE school of design.

Prior to joining Nova SBE she was a category brand manager at Pepsico, as well as a brand strategist and researcher at Interbrand and ACNielsen, working with global clients like Kodak Professional, ING, Reckitt Benckiser, Prozac, Jameson, Petrobras, and more.
