mDegree in Psychology (FPCE – University of Porto), postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management (EEG – University of Minho) and postgraduate degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management (Porto Business School). In 2000, she joined Dynargie where she had the opportunity to manage projects in the areas of leadership, performance management, communication and culture, quality, knowledge and human resources. In 2008, Jason Associates invited her to open and manage its new operation in Porto, focusing on solutions related to culture, performance management and leadership. In 2014, she was invited to become a partner, becoming responsible for the Talet & Knowledge portfolio. In 2017, she joined Mercer and in 2019 she started to coordinate the People Team, whose purpose is to design and implement strategic talent management processes, as well as to reinforce the organizational culture.
