His training includes postgraduate degrees in leadership, management, and strategy (London BS, INSEAD, Univ. Católica). He is an Energy Specialist by the Order of Engineers, graduated in mechanical engineering (IST) and in marine machinery engineering (Escola Náutica I.D.H.). Invited professor in Master's courses and executive programs at NOVA SBE, ISCTE, Univ. European Union and IPAM. He regularly publishes articles and participates as a speaker in conferences subordinated to his areas of expertise: customer centricity, strategic marketing, loyalty, innovation, digital transformation, leadership, mobility, and energy.
