Graduated in Human Resources Management and Strategic Organization by ISLA, Master in Organizational Behavior by ISPA and PhD candidate in Human Resources Development Policies at ISCSP. Director of Human Resources and Internal Customer of pharmaceutical Jaba Recordati since 2015, she has spent 14 years at KPMG in her professional career, of which five were at KMPG Portugal and Angola as Director of Human Resources. Member of the monitoring and evaluation committee of the Master in Strategic Organization of Human Resources also at ESCE-IPS. She is also a member of the editorial board of Human Resources Portugal magazine and of the advisory panel of Capital Humano – Portugal Agora.
