Graduate in Law from Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa, Master in Management from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Faculdade de Economia and doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada, concluding part of the study in the University of Hertfordshire, UK and University of Columbia, EUA, with FCT and Fullbright scholarships. In the last years, she completed the Advanced Management Program from Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, the Organization Learning in Action program from IMD, Switzerland, and the Coaching Certification by the International Coaching Community. Sandra is lecturing for over 20 years in diverse universities in disciplines of management and law, and currently, she is lecturing Talent Development at NovaSBE. Previously, she worked as a lawyer and consultant in corporate law, real estate, tourism/hospitality, and labor. She worked as a Head of Office of the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs, Secretary of State for Treasury and Finance, and the Minister of the Presidency. She was executive director in Invesfer and Director in Carris in the fields of real estate, human resources, organizational development, and international relations. In the Human Resources field, she worked in training, knowledge exchange, organizational change and development, internal communication, talent management, and leadership programs. After 6 years in Grupo Jerónimo Martins as Head of Global Learning and Head of Knowledge, she is working as People Management Director in Banco Montepio, since 2019.
