Master in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, he has an MBA in Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is Guest Professor at Nova SBE. He was Executive Director of the Master in Business Management at ISCTE and worked in the pharmaceutical industry, in the commercial and sales area. Consultant for national and multinational companies on topics related to the development of behavioral skills (namely leadership, resilience, resilience and flourishing). He teaches in the areas of Leadership, Organizational Behavior and Finance.
