With an academic degree in computer science and a postgraduate degree in cybersecurity management and cyberspace operations, he holds several international certifications in information security, including specialization in data protection, ISO Standards and Certified Chief Information Security Officer. He began working in information technology over 20 years ago in the telecommunications and insurance sectors as a project manager, trainer and IT manager. He has held responsibilities as Chief Privacy Officer and is currently CISO of the Automóvel Club de Portugal.
