Pedro Neves is Associate Professor at Nova SBE. He received his PhD from ISCTE-IUL and later went to the University of Delaware for a Post-Doc. He published over 25 articles in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology; Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management. He also published/edited six books, including Teses em Ciências Sociais: Dicas muito práticas (with Rita Guerra; Sílabo, 2015) and Handbook of Methods in Leadership Research (with Birgit Schyns and Rosalie Hall; Edward Elgar, 2017) and is in the Editorial Board of the Journal of Change Management and The Leadership Quarterly. His research has been cited over 2100 times (Google Scholar). His main research interests include leadership processes and interpersonal relationships; employee-organization relationship; organizational change management and entrepreneurship. At Nova he taught Organizational Behavior, Persuasion and Negotiation, and Entrepreneurship, and collaborates in several executive education programs.
