Ana Vicente is Global Director of People & Culture at Sonae Sierra, a multinational with an integrated approach to the real estate sector and activity in more than 35 countries on multiple continents. Her career includes different roles at Sonae, a multinational that manages a diversified portfolio of businesses in the areas of retail, financial services, technology, real estate and telecommunications. Of particular note is the leadership of assessment, development and succession initiatives for the organization's Top Management, design of the Inclusion and Diversity strategy and management of the corporate academy. She also led the working group on Inclusion and Diversity of the European Round Table for Industry (ERT), from 2018 to 2021, an organization that brings together leaders from some of the largest European companies.

Master in Organizational and Work Psychology from the University of Coimbra, Executive MBA from Porto Business School, IE and University of Berkeley.
