Holds a degree in Business Management, from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a MBA from Instituto de Empresa de Madrid. She is HR Director at NetJets Europe, the world's largest private jet company, with more than 1200 workers in Europe. She is a consultant specialized in Human Capital Management, both at Lisbon and Madrid, in consulting firms such as Korn Ferry and Deloitte. On the business side, she was a member of the RH team at Central de Cervejas e Bebidas and the Philip Morris International. More recently, she was RH director at SPORT TV Portugal, leading the companie's restructure of the strategy and practices of people management. Her approach to RH management is caractherized by a strong strategic vision and the preparation of future challenges, with human capital management and workers' experience playing a central role in business.
