Sérgio Moreira (PhD in Social Psychology, ISCTE-IUL) has extensive experience in applying Social Psychology to improve Social Performance and Project-Community relations. He has worked in large scale development projects in the energy, transportation, and extractive industries sectors. He is an associate of CIG and co-developed CIG’s social performance competency development instrument SPGrow360. He is an invited assistant professor at the FPUL, CLSBE, and Nova SBE where he teaches Applied Psychology, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Applied Research Methods. He has published his work in outlets as Frontiers in Psychology, Impact Assessment and Project Appraisal, and The Extractive Industries and Society.
