She has coordinated various European projects in the field of curriculum development for Portuguese and Latin American universities. For many years she has trained executives in various consultancy companies. She is a facilitator of peer learning, mentoring and organizational behaviour programmes. She is an ICF certified executive coach and certified in Emotional Intelligence (MSCEIT).
