PhD in Financial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University, United States. He is Assistant Professor at Nova SBE. He has also taught at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and ISCTE Business School. He has professional experience in business strategy and development, namely at Boston Consulting Group and Portugal Telecom. He teaches and researches mainly in the following areas: Corporate Finance and Socio-Economic Networks, with a special interest in M&A.
