Eduardo Costa is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Nova School of Business and Economics, anda researcher in projects with the Nova Health Economics and ManagementKnowledge Center and the Lancaster University. He is currently the vice-presidentof the Portuguese Association for Health Economics.
He holds a PhD in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics. He has beena visiting researcher at the Boston University and at the Harvard School ofPublic Health. He has also coordinated the Human Resources commission of theHealth Parliament Portugal, and has collaboratedwith the Budget Watch project from the Institute of Public Policy, on the StateBudget for the Health Sector. Before his PhD, he used to work in a strategicmanagement consulting firm.
