Graduated in Physical Engineering from the Universidade de Aveiro. He is Managing Partner at Cultiv, a consulting firm that develops training programs in communication skills, creating a culture of change and redesigning workspaces. He spent a decade at SONAE where he managed the innovation processes, and also works as a coach. At Nova SBE Executive Education he teaches in the areas of leadership, communication, and pitching techniques.
