Holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade de Lisboa and a pos-graduation in Cognitive-Behavior Psychotherapy from APTCCI (Associação Portuguesa de Terapias Cognitivas, Comportamentais e Integrativas). She has certification in Executive, Team and Organizational Coaching from Activision and a certification from the Center for Creative Leadership. She is scientific coordinator and teacher of Advanced Specialization in Psychological Coaching at INSPSIC. She has been working in private practice as psychotherapist and executive coach and trainer. As executive coach she has been working behavioral change (training in public speaking, emotional management and conflict communication) and she has been developing programs oriented to improve change behavior and individual attitudes conducive to the change of organizational culture. She is the author of the book: "Este livro não é para fracos: como agir com coragem está ao alcance de todos" (Editora-Planeta, 2019). She is expert in behavioral change process and organizational culture, through a practical approach oriented to results.
