Former Program Director at Nova School of Business and Economics, Richard combines his rich management experience with his passions for people development and leadership communication.
With an MBA from The Lisbon MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Cambridge, Richard is academic director of the Effective Communication and Corporate Communication Programs. In addition, he has taught for over a decade at Nova SBE on customized programs with a variety of organizations on the themes of Communication and Organizational Development. In addition to his work as a corporate trainer, Richard is currently working for the UK government running the European Education Insights Hub.
