Paula Marques is a specialist in creativity, learning, and human skills for the future of work, leading business transformation projects. With a provocative and applied approach, she works with leaders and teams on redefining mindsets, learning models, and organizational cultures, particularly in contexts of accelerated change.
She has over a decade of experience in executive programs, where she combines research with practical application. She is currently focused on human learning, creative thinking, and the development of skills for human–machine collaboration.
She is the author of “A Era dos Super-Humanos” (2018) and is completing her PhD in Economics, which aims to assess the quality of Human Capital at a macroeconomic level.
She was Director of Innovation at Mercer and Executive Director at Porto Business School, having started her career at PwC with experience in audit and international consulting. She also worked in private equity at Banco Privado Português, gaining deep knowledge of the inner workings of different sectors and leadership models.
Recognized for her ability to translate complex themes into meaningful messages, she uses storytelling, visual analogies, and participatory methodologies to create transformative learning moments. She designs experiences that challenge participants to “not know that they didn’t know,” fostering awareness, curiosity, and action.
