She had executive management, business development and international partnership management responsibilities between 2006 and 2014. She specializes in leadership and organizational development, people and team development and cultural transformation processes. In particular, in transformation processes of leaders and organizations, based on integral approaches, such as Theory U, for example - a methodology to produce innovation. She has a PhD in Economic and Organizational Sociology, more specifically in the area of leaders and organizations transformation. For the last twelve years she has been a visiting assistant professor at FCSH, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where she teaches human resources management, sociology of organizations and sociology of innovations. As an ambassador in Portugal for Leadership Circle, she is part of the international community as a practitioner at the service of a more conscious and creative leadership.
