He has a degree in Information Technology and Business Management, post-graduated in Project Management and has PMP®, CISA®, CGEIT®, CRISCTM, and LEGO® Serious Play® professional certifications. He has over 20 years of experience as an advisor in the areas of Digital Transformation, Governance, Management, Risk and Information and Technology Security, having collaborated with some of the major players in Portugal, Angola, Cape Verde and Mozambique. He is Founder and Senior Advisor at GOVaaS - Governance Advisors, as-a-Service, and actively collaborates with an ecosystem of local and international partners, including IDC Portugal. He is a guest lecturer at different business and engineering schools in Portugal and abroad. He was founder and is currently Past-President of ISACA Lisbon, Portugal Chapter, collaborates in several professional associations and is a speaker in several local and international conferences and seminars. In 2019 he received the ISACA Global Achievement John Kuyers Award for Best Speaker.
