"Francisco Costa has a degree in Law from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, went on to study International Relations and Middle East Studies at Leiden University in the Netherlands and King's College in London. After a few years working in this area, collaborating with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Portugal and Saudi Arabia and with international consultancies in the UK, he focussed his career on the technology sector. Initially as a business and risk consultant, he now works in start-ups as a computer engineer. His work is essentially focused on the creation, management and development of technical and technological products in various industries ranging from health, transport, logistics and public services."
