Samantha Sim é professora assistente na Nova SBE. Recebeu o seu Ph.D. em Negócios pela Universidade de Gestão de Singapura. Os seus interesses de investigação são a compaixão e a atenção no local de trabalho, assim como o bem-estar e o local de trabalho. A investigação de Samantha foi publicada em revistas de alta gestão, tais como Organisational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Applied Psychology e Academy of Management Journal. Samantha ensina cursos relacionados com Comportamento Organizacional e Processos de Decisão Humana. É co-directora do Laboratório Nova Behavioral, também membro do Centro de Conhecimento de Liderança para o Impacto na Nova SBE.
