On October 6th, the National Education Council organized a webinar entitled “O professor e a qualidade do seu Ensino”. Ana Balcão Reis, member of the Nova SBE Economics of Education Knowledge Center, debated, together with other speakers such as João Pedro da Ponte (Instituto da Educação – Universidade de Lisboa) and Teresa Leite (Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa), the quality of the education system in Portugal, suggesting paths for the evolution of teachers’ training.
