Our member Francisco Vale has just published an article entitled "Alargar o acesso ao ensino superior sem reduzir as propinas" in the Portuguese newsaper Jornal Económico.

This article, only available in Portuguese, presents a critical view on public policy related to higher education in Portugal, raising the question of wther one should consider only a reduction in tuition fees or search for an alternative path.
