Nova School of Business & Economics (Nova SBE) will host a Citizen Services Center on its Carcavelos campus, available to students throughout the 2026/2027 academic year, making it easier to access a range of public services in one location. 

Open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., the new Citizen Services Center will allow students to access a variety of public services in person, including activating the Digital Mobile Key, changing their tax address, renewing official documents (including the Citizen Card), applying for the European Health Insurance Card, and subscribing to the Psychologist and Nutritionist Vouchers, among other services. 

The initiative is part of the Jornada Académica dos Serviços Públicos (Academic Public Services Tour), promoted by the Agência para a Reforma Tecnológica do Estado (ARTE), which aims to bring public services closer to academic communities and support students in accessing essential services throughout their higher education journey. 

The Academic Public Services Tour will visit several higher education institutions across the country at the start of the 2026/2027 academic year and is part of the “Digital Citizen” campaign, an ARTE initiative focused on building citizens’ digital skills and promoting the use of digital public services through the gov.pt ecosystem.
