Nova SBE Executive Education has received the Evidence-Based Leadership Development (EBLD) Award, presented by the League of Leadership at the Academy of Management (AoM) Annual Meeting, for its SuperNOVA Horizon Leadership program.

The recognition highlights Nova SBE Executive Education’s approach to leadership development, combining academic research, scientific evidence, pedagogical innovation, and practical application. The distinction places the program among a select group of international institutions recognized for the scientific rigor, methodological quality, and impact of their leadership development programs.

Designed to support leaders and organizations in addressing the challenges of organizational transformation, SuperNOVA Horizon Leadership combines individual assessment, executive coaching, immersive experiences, and evidence-based methodologies. Since submitting its EBLD Award application, the program has engaged more than 400 executives and CEOs and has led to a dedicated journey for CEOs and board members.
