At a time when leadership increasingly requires vision, adaptability, and the ability to drive impact, ‘House of Leaders’ emerges as a new initiative by Nova SBE Executive Education, in partnership with Rock in Rio Lisboa, aiming to reinvent the conversation around leadership at one of the world’s largest music and entertainment events.
More than just a presence at a festival, ‘House of Leaders’ positions itself as a platform for thought, dialogue, and inspiration, designed to explore the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of organizations and leadership. By bringing together education, culture, and business, the initiative creates a new environment for reflection — one where hierarchies fade, conversations become more authentic, and strategic relationships develop in a more spontaneous and genuine way.
Breaking away from traditional corporate event formats, ‘House of Leaders’ offers a behind-the-scenes look at leadership and creates a space designed to generate new perspectives, foster critical thinking, and connect leaders from different sectors around a shared purpose: preparing the leaders of the future.
The official launch took place on May 7 at the Nova SBE campus in Carcavelos, with the live recording of the first ‘House of Leaders’ conversation featuring Roberta Medina, Executive Vice President of Rock in Rio Lisboa, and Pedro Brito, CEO of Nova SBE Executive Education.
Expanding its focus on networking, reflection, and innovative thinking, the project already includes partners such as Bankinter, BBVA, Crédito Agrícola, Doutor Finanças, Grupo Brisa, ITAÚ BBA EUROPE, KPMG, Lusíadas Saúde, Mastercard, Sport TV, Volvo Car Portugal, Wellow Network, ZEISS, and Zome.
Through these partnerships, merit-based scholarships will be awarded to Nova SBE students, reinforcing the School’s commitment to democratizing access to quality education and developing talent capable of creating a positive impact on organizations and society.
“Thinking about and inspiring leadership in partnership with Nova SBE is fully aligned with our purpose of building a better world for everyone”, said Roberta Medina, Vice President of Rock in Rio Lisboa.
Pedro Brito, CEO of Nova SBE Executive Education, added that “investing in the leaders of the future is no longer a strategic option — it has become essential to ensuring long-term competitiveness, innovation, and sustainability”.
