Executive Master's in Advanced Management

Zooming out is necessary, gaining a broader perspective, which must map the multiplicity of variables involved in every option, their power of propagation, and their impact in other contexts. These are core competencies that executives need to sharpen these days and have historically been overlooked in traditional management programs.

This executive master's course addresses knowledge related to the strategic vision of the future and leadership of organizations to empower students in a more polyvalent approach. This program will strengthen your existing skills and add new ones, highlighting the construction and analysis of future scenarios and articulating external variables. You will expand on your ability to lead ethically and in an environment of contradictory obligations and develop the ability to make choices that create value for organizations and their employees.

1st semester
Comprises a set of mandatory curricular units specific to the management area and a set of elective curricular units that allow students to deepen their knowledge in chosen management areas.

2nd semester
Dedicated to preparing the final work project, which consists of an undertaking of practical application. This is an executive master's degree in reflection-action that plants seeds for new ways of thinking, but which also follows a path of support for execution. It seeks to meet an executive target more focused on achievement and move forward by zooming into your organization and its internal capabilities.

The Executive Masters exposes students to trends in the areas of Management, preparing them to deal with the important challenges that companies are currently facing. In addition, the work project prepares students for research activities applied to today's business reality, whether qualitative or quantitative, in close collaboration with the supervisor.

The program has a group of mentors – professionals with vast experience who, due to their positions and careers, will be an asset in monitoring students in the development of their work projects. Students can develop the work project on a challenge from the company where they work or from one of the program's partner firms, providing alternative visions and disruptive methodologies for uniting practice and theory.

In preparing the work projects, students will benefit from a number of protocols with partners, with the following objectives:

  • Contribute to the employability and networking of students.
  • Facilitate the application of learning experiences within the up-skill and re-skill training plans of the company's workforce.
  • Support students who want to develop the work project on a genuine challenge facing their company.
