Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR)

The Digital Innovation Hub for Climate Neutrality's mission is to support digital transformation in the service of climate neutrality. It is part of a European and National network of Digital Innovation Hubs, collaborative networks that include specific digital competence centres aimed at disseminating and adopting advanced digital technologies.

In this context, SMEs, Start-ups, and Public Administration will have the opportunity to obtain specialized training, advice, and support for their digital transition and sustainability, as well as to collaborate with other companies and entities within the research and innovation system.

The Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) is a national implementation program running until 2026, aimed at implementing a set of reforms and investments intended to restore sustained economic growth after the pandemic, reinforcing the goal of convergence with Europe over the next decade. Employees of SMEs, Start-ups, and Public Administration can apply for a scholarship that covers 50% of the tuition fee for each program.

To be eligible for the scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be part of the target group of SMEs, Start-ups, and Public Administration.
  • Ensure that billing is issued in the company's name.
  • Fill in the company information in the document found here.
  • Submit a self-declaration ensuring compliance with the limits of €220,000 per company over three years, as provided in paragraph 4 of Article 28 of the RGIC.
  • Complete and submit the digital maturity questionnaires before and after training in PDF format. The digital maturity assessment should be conducted via this link.

To apply for the scholarship, you must express your interest to the Program Advisor of the respective program and then proceed with the registration. The Program Advisor will provide all the necessary information for submitting the scholarship application.

Documentation must be submitted within one week after the application submission. The digital maturity questionnaire to be completed after the end of the program must be submitted within one week after the training completion.

If the mandatory information is not submitted, the scholarship amount will be invoiced.

Micro-enterprises are also eligible for the scholarship.

The scholarship cannot be combined with other benefits.

The maximum financing amount granted to each Hub per company is calculated by applying the financing rates to eligible expenses for the Hub's investment and operation, resulting in:

a) For DIH and EDIH with a Seal of Excellence: Number of companies or public administration entities receiving services from the DIH x €10,000.
