Accompanies executives and teams in their professional development process, in individual and team coaching programs. Holds the PCC certification by ICF with more than 2,500 hours of executive coaching with Directors and Coordinators, with experience in team and individual coaching, in different business areas. She is a trainer and facilitator in workshops on personal development, leadership, team management, emotional intelligence, communication, strategic vision and program and project management, integrating Agile concepts. Since 2015, she has been a guest lecturer at Nova IMS, in the areas of Emotional Intelligence and Integration in the Labor Market, at the undergraduate (3rd year) and masters level (GROW Ed. Program 2023 and 2024).
