Sara Carrasqueiro is a senior professional in the areas of digital government and digital health, having performed several functions in these areas in public and private entities. She was Coordinator and Director of Information Systems at SPMS – Shared Services of the Ministry of Health (2012-2018) and Member of the Board of Directors of AMA – Agency for Administrative Modernization (2018-2022), having led Innovation and Digital Transformation strategies, representing the country in several international groups and being responsible for the development and offer of a vast portfolio of innovation and digital services. Currently she is Vice-President of IAPMEI – Competitiveness and Innovation Agency (Jul 23-present). She is certified in Corporate Governance of Information Technologies (CGEIT) and member of the Board of ISACA Lisbon Chapter. She develops research in the areas of Governance, Innovation and Digital Transformation of Public Administration and Healthcare and collaborates in several training programs in these areas, being an Invited Assistant Professor at ISCSP –Institute of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon (2014-present).
