Pedro Latoeiro co-founded the Center for Cooperation in Cyberspace, the only Portuguese NGO accredited by the UN to participate in the ongoing negotiations of the first international convention against cybercrime. Co-Author of the book “Honest Broker – A Biography of António Guterres”, based on exclusive interviews with the Secretary General of the United Nations and which was published in the United Kingdom by Hurst, and in the USA, Canada and Latin America by Oxford University Press. Political and Press Advisor at the Argentine Embassy in Portugal since 2015. Previously, he worked as a journalist and editor at Diário Económico. He graduated in Communication Sciences from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. He holds a Master’s Degree in Monetary and Financial Economics from ISCTE-IUL. His Dissertation received the 2012 CMVM Annual Prize. More recently, he completed postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics.?
