Joana de Almeida Neves graduated from the Faculty of Law, Lisbon University, holds post-graduate degrees in Labor and Social Security Law and in Public Procurement Law and Practice. Joana has more than 20 years' of experience in Labor and Public Employment Law, Public Law and Litigation, always working closely with human resources departments, from both small and larger public and private institutions. Before founding GAN, Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL, (2015), she worked for law firms (national and international), for the Agência para a Modernização Administrativa, I.P. (2010), where she was legal advisor to the Board of Directors, and also for the Entidade de Serviços Partilhados da Administração Pública, I.P., (2012), where she was the Head of Legal.
