Julio Cesar is the head of CERT.PT and the coordinator of the Operations Department of CNCS. His experience in the cyber threat intel and incident response areas dates back to the end of the 20th century. He worked for many private technological companies first and state entities after, keeping the focus on information sharing between all cyber landscape stakeholders, understanding the importance of people in a technical environment and the benefits of the humanization of the sector.
