José Sintra joined Vieira de Almeida in 2017, where he is currently Head of People Strategy department. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resources, Work and Organisational Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Lisbon, and a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from ISCSP of the University of Lisbon. Previously he was a consultant at outCOme - Clínica Organizacional, linked to the area of Mental Health in organisations and strategic development of Human Resources.
