Isabel is currently People and Organisation Director at the NOS Group. She was previously Director of Corporate Communication and Sustainability, with responsibility for the areas of culture and internal communication and institutional communication. The department she currently leads encompasses the areas of people management, culture, fleet and facilities. In 1998 she joined Sonae as Public Relations Director for the Optimus Telecomunicações project. In 2000 she took on the role of Director of Institutional Communication at Sonaecom. Her professional career began in advertising and communications agencies, and she also worked in the tourism and hotel sectors. For more than two decades she has taught advanced executive training in the areas of organisational communication and change management.
