Besides having a degree in Economics, Gustavo has soon chosen to build his career as a consultant and a manager. In 1999, he joined the consulting division of Arthur Andersen and later moved to Deloitte. In both companies, he has developed projects in multiple areas, namely: continuous improvement, processes design and reengineering and customer experience. In 2004, Gustavo became a founding member of a Pan-European consulting firm, in which he has worked and lived in 9 different countries. Since 2010, he has taken line roles on leading multinational companies with responsibility on the following areas: customer experience, strategic planning, innovation, continuous improvement and transformation. Over the past 7 years, Gustavo has been collaborating with several faculties where he lectures: leadership, knowledge management, innovation, design thinking, change and customer experience
