Filipe Domingues began his career as a journalist. Currently, he is Secretary General of the Institute for the Promotion of Latin America and the Caribbean - IPDAL and Co-Founder of the Center for Cooperation in Cyberspace. He is Co-author of the biography of the United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres, "O Mundo Não Tem de Ser Assim" (Portugal, May 2021) / "Honest Broker" (USA & UK, August 2022). He is a speaker at numerous international conferences, academic seminars, business forums, post-graduate and institutional events with members of governments, ambassadors and international organizations.
