Chris’s early career was leading a team in the business recovery practice of what is now PwC. He made a career change into learning and development, completed post graduate studies in Organisational Behaviour at University of London and operated as a consultant working with leadership teams; one-to-one coaching of executives and designing and delivering leadership programmes. Between 2009 and 2013 Chris returned to a full-time role as regional talent management leader and head of executive development in Central & Eastern Europe for a global professional services firm. He then returned to the role of consultant working in financial services, technology, manufacturing, professional services and the charitable sector with a focus on creativity and innovation. Chris has developed a range of concepts, tools and experiences to build skills in this area.
