The program combined faculty sessions, company visits, and participant presentations, exploring topics such as open and user innovation, strategy, sustainability, AI, smart cities, and digital infrastructure. 

Highlights included lectures by Pedro Oliveira on open and user innovation, Nadim Habib on strategy and brand transformation, Nathalie Crutzen on carbon-neutral and competitive cities, and Leid Zejnilovic on the opportunities and trade-offs of AI adoption. 

Participants also visited organizations including Corticeira Amorim Florestal, EDP Renewables and Labelec, and Start Campus, gaining first-hand insight into how companies and institutions are responding to uncertainty through innovation. 

The study tour concluded with the participants’ final presentations, followed by a diploma ceremony led by Dean Pedro Oliveira and a farewell lunch in Lisbon.
